C’est un événement qui devait rassembler uniquement les trykers mais il semblerait que les maraudeurs soient nombreux.
Avec Seralee (clan maraudeur) nous voulons un événement pvp equilibré! Pour que le Fun soit des 2 cotés. Nous ajusterons donc les équipes pour éviter des défaites écrasantes constantes.
Vous êtes invités à vous présenter à l’entrée de la ville.
Nous ne pourrons peut être pas accepter tout le monde.
L’évent est hors role play et voué à s’amuser … pour ceux qui aiment le pvp :).

I haven't been at an Akenak Assembly in ages - actually since an Akenakos humiliated the Karan and the Matis in front of the Sharükos, who kept quiet, and the whole thing led to the end of diplomatic dealings between the Fyros (who hadn't bothered to sent an Ambassador to Yrkanis anyway since the merge) and the Matis. I happened to be the last official Matis Ambassador, actually appointed by Yrkanis way before said merge. Since then, while Matis Ambassadors were appointed at the Chamber of Nobles for the other nations, there never was a new official one for the Desert. As far as I'm concerned, the only time I returned to Pyr in an official function was when I was invited as a historian by the Pyr Academy.

Having said that, it actually was my plan to attend the Akenak for the first time again yesterday, just as a visitor, but I simply forgot the time, and when I logged in, it was already running for an hour or so, so I didn't bother to do the trip. Reading the logs, though, I obviously missed a treat! As a player, I was rather surprised by the fact that the Akenak nowadays is even less - well, let's say it: disciplined than the Tryker Assemblies. At the same time, it had me chuckling quite a bit, and it had a Big Bang at the end, of course. I'm a bit sad I missed it. et je vais écrire pour dire que hier j'ai participé à cette chasse pour la premiére fois, dans le but de considérer cette partie du jeu (existence des boss et existence des autres joueurs) et aussi dans le but d'avoir (si possible) les plans et les cristaux spéciaux necessaire à la fabrication des armures (selon ce que j'ai compris, sachant qu'à ce sujet, y a une sorte de jungle d'informations et je suis débutant à ce niveau et c'est un peu difficile de tout comprendre en un seul jour)

et donc je remercie encore les joueurs de m'avoir accueilli gentiement et ainsi de m'avoir expliqué ce que j'avais à faire pendant cette chasse

et pourrait-on dire ici (pour moi et ceux qui savent pas) combien de participation il faut (environ) pour avoir les plans et les crystaux speciaux ?

et aussi, faut-il que je signal à chaque fois ma présence à l'organisateur de la chasse, ou est-ce qui comptabilise sans que j'ai besoin de signaler ma présence ?

Anlor tokens
They differ from normal tokens in two ways:

when used, the wheel can only be spun once.
the more tokens you play, the less likely you are to win; with 1 token you have a 50% chance, with 5 tokens you have 10% chance.

The interest in playing multiple tokens lies in the way in which the prizes are distributed. A special counter represents the number of times you have lost. It is the "Fear of being a loser". When you win, the prize depends on the value of this counter. Thus, the more you've lost, the better prize you get.

The rewards
More precisely, each time you lose, the "Fear of being a loser" increases by 1%. The maximum is 100%. At 100% the win is guaranteed.
When you win, the items you win depend on the Fear counter, according to the following scale:

less than 25%: classic items such as fireworks, generic raw materials, etc.
25-75%: items for apartment decoration
above 75%: new items.

Lors d'un event de Halloween un genre de démineur a étais mi à disposition dans l’arène Matis avec comme gain : des dappers.
Le principe avais étais apprécié par beaucoup d'entre nous et je voulais savoir si il étais possible de réitérer cette année.
J'aimerai également avoir l'avis des autres joueurs sur cette demande en réponse bien évidement. :)

First, the arrest of some trytonnist is not so rare, even though it's not visible in the events. Powers are rarely played but it does not mean they don't do anything, of course. Tracking the trytonnists is one of the Karavan's activities. Just be aware it generally occurs when trytonnism is growing among one or several nations.

Important : For the moment, none of the four nations of the new lands allow trytonnists openly. Religious minorities are protected to be persecuted as long as they follow the rules of their nation (which can be sometimes constraining for some of them) but it is one exception : trytonnists. Until now, they have never been actively protected by any nation for being tracked and arrested by the Karavan. Their only way to survive is still to remain clandestine.

The desert was very close to the Kamis under the rule of Dexton, indeed, but Lykos is not as much religious as his father. You can't expect his rule to be exactly the same as his father's. Don't forget Lykos rule was threaten by the trytonnist Atreus, once. Maybe it would not had happened if the Karavan inquisition arrested Atreus and his accomplices back then.

The current sequence will provide more information about the history of the empire which i will not spoil by telling it in advance. Je vous fais part de mon avis et expérience sur ces événements.

60 secondes
Quand j'ai lu la description j'avais hâte d'y jouer ! Puis je suis tombé sur un gros Kipucka à côté de Pyr avec un 69 au dessus de la tête, je me suis dit tiens c'est là les 60 secondes. J'ai bien tenté de le tuer seul mais j'ai vite compris qu'il s'agissait d'un jeu en équipe ou plus. Déçu.

Tuez les citrouilles
J'en ai bien écrasé quelques-unes mais impossible d'en attraper une seule ! J'ai peut-être pas compris le principe pourtant j'ai cliqué, cliqué et cliqué... J'ai entendu dire qu'il suffisait de les bloquer pour pouvoir les attraper plus facilement... Déçu.

Yubogolf
A l'oasis secret, le meilleur temps est de 10 sec ! Etonnant non ? Moi il m'a déjà fallu 30 sec pour cibler mon Yubo parmi tous ceux qui sont délestés au point de départ... Mais pourquoi peut-on encore faire ce trou en un coup ? L'intérêt n'est-il pas de faire le tour du lac ? Déçu.

Malgré ma triple déception j'admire le travail de l'équipe d'animation !

Both Nuzanshi as well as Icus are former Akenos, I think. This seems to show in interesting problem, a difference of understanding of what makes a Fyros Akenak (taking for granted that Nuzanshi was not implying that the common Fyros on the streets is different from the voted Fyros representing him or her). The difference in understanding of the Lore in two different players seems to me, on the whole, to be a major problem.

It's just two differents aspect you can't compare, really.

The sharük is based on two things : the 4 pillars (Justice, Honor, Discipline & Truth), and the sharükos. The pillars are the pillars of the fyros culture : if you respect them, you are worthy of beeing a Fyros. Even if you aren't a Patriot, if you follow the pillars you will be respected by the fyros, because it's their core. On the other hand, you have Patriots : they follow the pillars, and vowed to defend at all cost the sharük. They believe it's the best way to live within the pillars and will do everything to protect it.

The sharükos is what glues all of this together ; he is both the symbol and guardian of the pillars : He makes sure that the pillars are followed, and should always act in the way of the pillars. This is why he's also the head of the sharük, and its guardian : since he is the pillars, it makes sense that his voice is The autority in the sharük, because the sharük goal is to defend the pillars, and that's his job.

This is why you obey sharükos : both because he is the pillars and you respect them, and because he is the personification of the sharük (which you want to protect). You can advice him, and even question him ; Fyros aren't idiots, and they know every homin can make a mistake.

However, the moment you start disobeying sharükos, it means you are either
- rejecting his legitimacy as leader of the sharük and guardian of the pillars, because he isn't doing what he should to protect and follow the pillar (or you don't agree with the way he follows them and think he's wrong, in the end it's the same thing). It means you are no longer a Patriot, basically (because the sharük and sharükos are too much tied, you can't vow allegiance to the first without recognising the second, it's idiotic)
- rejecting the pillars. This means sharükos has no legitimacy to you anymore because you aren't tied by the pillars. This means you are no longer a fyros, basically.

On the other hand, your guild leader is just another fyros. You can respect him, think he's a great guy, obey him, but if he starts acting contrary to the pillars, it's your duty as a fyros to not obey him and respect the pillars, and probably to convince him to stop doing so - maybe even stopping him doing so in more direct ways if you think it would be better.

He has no legitimacy in regards to the pillars, and most likely in regards to the sharük because he's chosen by you (individually), and you don't carry the words of the pillars with you. This is more or less the same for the akenak : they are chosen by the Patriots as a group of Fyros they think respect the pillars (akenak means "the very virtuous" in fyrk) and are generally wise, so they can give good advice to sharükos.

This is why there can be (and there is :-D) heavy criticism of the akenak by patriots : they are, in the end, just regular fyros folks. They generally don't have powers, and when they do it's given, temporarily (sharükos can revoke it at any time he wants), and on a specific subject : let Icus manages the Water Road with the trykers as it's easier for everyone. Ambassadors are a bit more tricky, but in the end they are here only to convey sharükos words to other nations / assembly (but that's theory, we all know how in pratical it isn't really the case).

They aren't quite exactly random fyros tho, and it's was an attack against an akenak during his mission can be viewed as an attack against the sharük : first because they are patriots and the sharük protects its patriots (but that's not specific to them), second because sharükos gave them power to act (over a specific subject), so an attack against them is like an attack against sharükos.

It's this kind of difference between beeing choosen by your peers and beeing choosen by sharükos that makes celiakos and people like the Ardent Master (leader of the Burning Faces) quite special, because their legitimacy is (indirectly) tied to the pillars.

This is why this modification could be problematic, because instead of beeing random fyros folk who happens to be less idiots than their friends, akenak are now special fyros sharükos chosed ; it really makes them different from regular fyros folk. But since no one seems to play Fyros RP anymore, it isn't really a huge deal. It isn't against the fyros lore, the main problem is that it puts some players above other, which wasn't the case before. If it can makes some people interested in the fyros RP, i still think it's worth a shot (even tho i personally prefer the old way)

This was waaayyy longer that i thought it would be, so in short :
Pillars are the core of Fyros life, mindset & culture. sharükos is the embodiment of those pillars, as such his words is law. sharük main goal is to protect the pillars - this is why sharükos is head of sharük. Going against sharük/sharükos = going against either core of our life or core of our civilisation = bad. Although I admit that I see most events really properly announced on Atys server since server merge, good work from post merge event team on this point (pre-merge on Leanon server was horrible in that respect: major event announcements less than 3 days in advance or none at all ...)

You think its unreasonably? Don't you think its because some players are just annoying? I'm not saying about all marauders, but just about some of those who are well known :) Running around homins and all they are talking about - its pvp-pvp-pvp-pvp... Sometimes without any RP content at all. So yes, its kinda annoying ;)
And they are dont care whom to fight with. I remember when I just came from Silan in my cool green Rangers armor, with a big Fire&Wrath sword in my hand and I meet some little matis marauder. Do you know what I got from him? Yes, duel proposal. xD Im sure that player know what does Rangers Armor and F&W sword mean. And I think he know what are my levels approximately. But he just wanted to pvp, thats all. It looks kinda self-affirmation, don't you think so? ;)
So its not looks strange for me why dont other players want to play their games with maras :P

Sorry, but that is just plain silly .. you get hit on by a troll wanting to duel (probs not even a marauder) and blame/hate the whole marauder faction for it. So it does not look strange to you, that therefore other players do not want to play with marauders? Well, you are totally welcome to your prejudice. But trust me, there are plenty of trolls in all the other factions too, has nothing to do with being marauder or not. So please, dont just be prejudiced on us .. be prejudiced on all the factions/nations .. hence .. play the game ON YOUR OWN.

As to the event ...

I guess, one has to distinguish what this event is about ... is it about finding the "best" fighter (as a tournament of fighters would) or is it about implementing some "action" in the rp play of the matis nobels. In my opinion, if it really is about a melee tournament and finding the best fighter, you are cheating by excluding two of the factions/nations that pvp most (fyros kami and marauders). If its about the roleplay actually - and I sure hope it is, cause I (me, myself, NOT my rp character) would really not like to be excluded on purpose - i understand that fyros and marauders do not get invited (for roleplay reasons). BUT - and there is always a but, right? - I will say this again and again - in a gaming community as small as ours, people should really try hard to adapt and change the rp to be able to include all the gamers .. cause any event will be even better the more people get there and have fun together, no? Stories are there to be told, to be switched, swapped, up'd and down'd, and rewritten again and again. If you WANT to be flexible and play with ALL the gamers .. you can! The rp is as flexible as the stories in your head ... work and change with them.

Just my thoughts on the matter ..
