Can you tell us your Ryzom client version? Is it from Apple store, steam or stand alone client?

My mouse is not inverted. I turned it on and off. There's no difference.

I am using a standalone client, Version 3.6.0 (3.6.0)

PS: I just tried the "regular" client as well on my MacBook and it works fine. Seems there must be an issue either with macOS 10.13, or it is my Hackintosh after all. Which would be weird.

PPS: Well this is totally weird! I tried playing with the setup, and started it again. All of a sudden it wanted to patch something, and now it works! WTH?!? :D

To not see the collision polygons out the Scenographic Editor, turn off collisions by clicking "Show / Hide Collisions" in the Scenographic Editor before quitting the editor (tested on a linux system). Relogging works as well.

However, the longer you use the computer, the more likely it is that you'll have a cache file or something overwrite the deleted file, so the quicker you catch it the better your chances of recovering the file.

Normally I'd say "Use Recuva", but that's a Windows-only program. Macs are a little different and all I could really find quickly for Mac was this - https://macosxfilerecovery.com/ .]]>

I was trying to address the application is damaged post of Naema's.

Pure speculation on my part here, but I think this issue may be poping up because of the 7zip format being used. It is known not to keep the filesystem premisions.

I had this happen to me and coping over the data downloaded seperatly (mathing the version) and placing it inside the app bundle fixed it for me.

I'm using 7z format because the compressed file is taking 1.4 GB instead of 4 GB (when compressed in ZIP).

Using the 7z command-like tool preserve all files permissions, I have no idea if other tools are preserving them too :(

And keep in mind, that they are not OFFICIAL clients, I'm a player like you and I just like to compile clients and share them :) CSRs won't be able to help you because they only can help with OFFICIAL clients (those linked on ryzom.com front page and those on Steam).]]>

I added the line to the client.cfg file through a text editor, both at the bottom and afterwards at the second line like Talk suggested, and it still doesn't work. When I launch the client and try to use one of the yubo accounts it tells me: your account needs a proper subscription to connect.]]>

I just got a new iMac in December, and when I first installed Ryzom to it, I had the same issue only it didn't just happen for a second client. My only resolution was to trash the client and reinstall. Try making a new copy of the client?

Vérifier que tous les drivers son à jours (je sais pas comment ça marche sous mac) enfin ce genre de chose sinon tenter de réinstaller pour voir (tu met le dossier save de coter pour pas paumer tes interface/drapeau/maccro dans tous les cas).

tu peux tenter de faire coucou sur le channel irc #ryzommac (enfin je suppose que c'est son nom, pour linux c'est ryzomlinux ça dois être le même principe).

Par contre si je crash en entrant dans le GH, a ma reco je suis envoyé direct au vortex sud des dunes de l'exil!!!
Et autre delire: si je passe un vortex avec un toub en mode "suivre" et que je plante, mon toub se retrouve automatiquement "tp" au kara de FH!

Es posible que encuentre algunos problemas relacionados con la configuración.
Hay dos escenarios:
      • Usted ya ha jugado en Ryzom y ya no puedes acceder más al juego:
  • Abra la Terminal (Aplicaciones>Utilidades>Terminal) y ejecute el siguiente comando:
rm "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Ryzom/client.cfg"
  • Ingrese su contraseña de administrador.
Esos comandos borran su archivo de configuración para que pueda reiniciar su cliente con la configuración por defecto (perderá sus preferencias).

Ahora tendrá que ser cuidadoso al cambiar la configuración para no crear el mismo problema que tuvo al principio. Si esto sucede, solo vuelve hacer los pasos anteriores para restablecer la configuración.
      • Solo has instalado Ryzom pero no has iniciado el juego en esta computadora:
  • Abre una Terminal (Aplicaciones>Utilidades>Terminal) y busque el archivo cliente client.cfg el cual debería estar ubicado en:
"$HOME/Library/Application Support/Ryzom/client.cfg"
Si la búsqueda no tiene éxito, tendrás que habilitar la visualización de archivos/documentos ocultos ejecutando el comando:
por defecto escriba com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 1
Asegúrese de lanzar la búsqueda avanzada para mostrar todos los archivos (incluyendo los ocultos y los del sistema).
  • Una vez encontrado el archivo client.cfg, edítelo y agregue (o modifique)las líneas:
SoundOn = 0;
MicroVeget = 0;
FullScreen = 0;

Si su problema no se soluciono después de esto, por favor contacte nos por correo electrónico a support@ryzom.com y añade en el correo el archivo de informe de errores, client.log, que se encuentra en la carpeta: $HOME/Library/Application Support/Ryzom/]]>

Dieser Befehl ermöglicht es Dir die Konfigurationsdatei zu löschen, um danach mit den Standardeinstellungen neu zu starten (die eigenen Einstellungen gehen dabei verloren).Hierbei sei zu beachten, dass eigene Einstellungen behutsam und am besten nur nach und nach neu eingestellt werden sollten. So kann am ehesten verhindert werden, dass das selbe Problem erneut auftritt. Ansonsten müssen die letzten Schritte ggf. nochmals durchgeführt werden.
      • Du hast Ryzom gerade erst installiert und das Spiel wurde noch nie zuvor auf diesem Computer ausgeführt:
  • Öffne ein Terminal (Programme>Dienstprogramme>Terminal) und suche nach der Konfigurationsdatei:

Sollte die Datei nicht gefunden werden können, muss zuerst eingestellt werden, dass versteckte Dateien und Ordner sichtbar gemacht werden, und zwar mit diesem Befehl:

Achte darauf, eine erweiterte Suche zu starten, um alle Dateien (inklusive versteckte Dateien und Systemdateien) anzeigen zu lassen.

Il est possible que vous rencontriez des difficultés liées à certains réglages.
Deux cas de figure existent :
      • Vous avez déjà pu jouer à Ryzom et vous ne pouvez plus accéder au jeu :
  • Vous pouvez ouvrir un Terminal (Applications>Utilitaires>Terminal) et lancer la commande suivante :
rm "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Ryzom/client.cfg"
  • Entrez votre mot de passe administrateur, puis validez à nouveau.
Cette commande vous permettra d'effacer votre fichier de configuration, et donc de pouvoir relancer votre client avec les réglages de base (vous perdrez vos préférences).

Dans ce cas-là, il faudra donc faire attention en reparamétrant à ne pas remettre le réglage qui pose problème, sinon recommencez l'étape ci-dessus afin de remettre à zéro les réglages.
      • Vous venez d'installer Ryzom et n'avez encore jamais lancé le jeu sur cet ordinateur :
  • Vous pouvez ouvrir un Terminal (Applications>Utilitaires>Terminal) et rechercher le fichier client.cfg qui doit se trouver :
"$HOME/Library/Application Support/Ryzom/client.cfg"

Si la recherche n'aboutit pas, il vous faudra afficher les dossiers/fichiers cachés en lançant la commande
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 1
Veillez à lancer une recherche avancée afin d'afficher tous les fichiers (cachés et système inclus).
  • Une fois le fichier client.cfg trouvé, il vous faut l'éditer et ajouter (ou modifier) les lignes :
SoundOn = 0;
MicroVeget = 0;
FullScreen = 0;
