I see Gingos instead of eggs and nests from the events, what should I do?
This means that you did not get the patch.
If you are playing via Steam: disconnect from the game then from Steam, then reconnect, this will force the patch and solve the problem.

How do I know if someone has left a nest for me?
Please read your in-game emails (SHIFT+M) to see if someone has hidden nests for you, and go get the gifts they contain!

How much time do we have to find the nests that are intended for us?
There is no time limit for the nests offered by a player other than the end of the Refugee Day events on April 20.
WARNING: In order not to overload the game, the nests offered by the Event Team disappear after 24 hours.

Several nests are stacked, I can't read the names, find or loot mine.
If you manage to select your nest using the "/tar" command, then click elsewhere and select "pick up".
Else, contact Support who will move your stacked nest a little.
