Appointement of the clerk

Kyriann is appointed.

Appointement of Taliar or Deputy Taliar

Aitana is appointed Taliar of the Knighthood guild.
Haokan is appointed Deputy Taliar of La Lune Éternelle guild.

Internal affairs

Officialization of the federal army Bai Trykali

The federal army is officially created, Jazzy is appointed Commander.
Its role is to protect Aeden Aqueous and its inhabitants, including outside the territory.
The crossing or action within a Nation, in order to help the inhabitants of Aeden Aqueous, must be requested or validated by the Federation and authorized by the said Nation.

Marauders activities in Aeden Aqueous
