Both tablet and touch screen are using 'absolute coordinates' and those have issues where client moves mouse cursor to center (ie freeview).
Its also workaround for hi-dpi mouse issues where client (on windows) does not detect mouse-at-center event.
I'm pretty sure touch screen could be used and it should work, but there is no specific support for it.
