I would like to take the liberty of proposing a different approach to this problem.
In my opinion, this change was made because CSRs have a hard time verifying whether or not a player is using a bot for multiboxing, which is cheating on other players.
Hence the restriction to 2 connected accounts which leads to a minimal imbalance even if a bot is used.
So the main problem is there: Detecting a cheat, which must be the priority for everyone.
So I propose to reverse the problem.
If some people are able to use 4 accounts at the same time and can PROVE that they can do it without a bot, let's give them the possibility to use 4 accounts.
In other words, let's reverse the proof requirement. This is a problem of law. Let it no longer be up to CSRs to prove that a player uses a bot, but up to players to prove that they don't.
It will be an additional challenge to prove that you are able to control 4 accounts at the same time without using bots.
Here's my point: back to the real problem: detecting cheaters.
