When I talk to New Horizons, I can get through all talk bubbles just fine except the one where he offers actually the available destinations and the option to not travel at all.
I expect that I can click on one of the listed destinations and then be taken there for a small fee. However no such thing happens for me. No mouse click anywhere on or near that speach bubble has any effect, and the bubble will also persist for much greater distances than usual (certainly up to 50m) when I simply go away than for other chars or dialogues.
Not sure how I can document it... as the screenshot will look normal.
I'm using the Steam linux client (amd64).
