Same as for winning fame, one should not forget about finding wandering NPCs, instead of heading to tribe's camp.
For example in outlaw canyon I was able to met a scout (Hon Di-Shuan) "friend of the lawless" that allow me to win the maximum fame with lawless (18000) without having already good reputation with them, so a way to get more missions later.
However, we need to decide at which level a player should be able to do this ?
