I'm a Tryker with 70 dys of playedTime so far and I haven't yet trekked. People keep offering but I keep turning them down.
I will solo trek (really solo, with no alts) when I am able and it will give me a feeling of having joined the "big homins" club along with a sense of pride and self worth.
Another thought, having read through some of the lore. If it was easy to move between nations then the nations would probably be at war as they were in the old days before the Kitins. This would probably cause many problems and radical changes in game play.
