Hey, I think it is not intented that one can use Pathways from everywhere.
I think same happens when you buy sap crystals with PvP points, opening the IG browser and pressing previous gives the window to buy them again, no matter where you are.
Any Marauder that could try if it works for your TP's too? Will it be free travel and without cooldown? =D
