Done:
- Using Kanboard as a public team roadmap
The WebIG icon "Team Tracking" (http://app.ryzom.com/app_devroadmap/index.php?from_index=1) now points to 3 boards of Kanboard, accessible to all read-only (no need for Identify yourself):
-"Reserve": board listing the proposals chosen by the players on the forum and those made internally, classified into new proposals, validated proposals, postponed or refused.
- "Waiting Room": a board listing validated projects waiting to be worked.
-"Ongoing projects": projects in progress.
-Give Ryzom Forge and Ryzom Core members access to all specific project-specific boards (read-only)
-Give members of Ryzom Core access to the special "Bugs" (editing)
In progress:
-Add to Kanboard the missing project pages
-Complete the manual migration of tasks from Asana to Kanboard
Coming soon:
-Migrating from "Slack" chat to "Rocket" chat (waiting for the installation of the new special "Tools" server)

“If a member of Ryzom Core or Ryzom Forge does not have his specific access to all Kanboard boards, he can send me a mail to tamarea@ryzom.com and I will open him an account.”
