problem is that for some reason you have widgets.xml in user directory. get rid of it.2. So for whatever reason the patch and the downloaded versions do not have this updated widgets.xml file ... isn't that "the problem" ?
infact you can get rid of the 'user' directory altogether. if something important is in there, patchlet will redownload it (char selection screen patch)
