What is going on with ryzom subscriptions?

On the 15th we had to refresh the billing system. Payments in WAIT mode might have been charged on this date. If you think you have been charged outside your susbcription, please send an email to support@ryzom.com. Useful information can be a screenshot of your bank statement (sensitive data should be edited out) or dates for charges.
