Just a useful piece of info, if you have an old account you are planning to resub and it has not been played for many years, you can't use the paypal app, since your characters don't exist anymore. To test, just try logging into the forums, since it is the same authentication as the paypal app.
My alt account is now resubbed via VISA and awaiting support to restore the characters. Fingers crossed! :)
I put this here (and filed a support case at support@ryzom.com) so any other long absent players would understand and not get frustrated at the process.
