"I need help, whom should I contact?"

When your questions relate to "gameplay", we invite you to pose them to the players community. You can do it in Region (/r YourQuestion) or in Universe (/u YourQuestion).
For everything else, you will need to contact the Support team through the various available means (see below).
 
 
"What is the CSR team?"

In many other online games, support is provided by Game Masters (GM).
In Ryzom, support is provided by the CSR team (GM being a rank in the team). 
CSR stands for Customer Services Representative. 
 
 
"How can I contact a member of the CSR team?"

There are several ways of contacting a CSR:

 1. In game:
- Through the menu: "Help" and "Assistance";
- By clicking on the "Support" icone on the home page of WebIG (shift+W);
- Directly: the list of the logged CSR is available in the SYSTEM INFO window by entering "/who gm" in a chat window, it is then possible to contact them with "/tell NameOfCSR" (caution: don't write the (CSR) before the name);

2. On Rocket Chat : https://chat.ryzom.com/channel/pub-general;
 
3. Through e-mail to support@ryzom.com;

"In what language can I expect to receive help?"

French, German, English, Spanish and Russian.
