I'm sorry for the problems with the special titles. We are aware of the problem and are working on it. Also be aware of that some titles have an expiry date. They are typically valid for 6 months to 1 year from the time they are awarded. Last years Anlor Winn titles might not be available to equip any longer. The same goes for many other titles won in events. I wish you luck earning new event titles and again I apologize for the current problems with the titles.
