As a matter of fact, all titles given over WebIG are broken. There are no guild titles anymore, no skill titles, no diplomatic titles. The whole "Special Titles" directory structure is gone, except the empty one of event titles. Even the newly issued titles "Killer of the Evil Axe" and "Exorcist of Anlor Winn" could be taken once, then vanished. Everybody is stuck to the last title taken, which seems to last when switching to brick title and back.
There have always been some issues with the WebIG titles, and I suspect that multilinguality had some influence on making them fault, as there have alway been issues and strangehoods with. Webig titles were sometimes available in only one language (usually English), sometimes in three languages (I am not aware of Spanish or Russian titles), and were displayed in the language chosen in the client's settings, but stuck that way when changing the language preferences. This has changed recently, sadly, as I liked to switch from e.g. "Spirit of Atys" to "Esprit d'Atys" etc. without changing the client defaults determined by my set of macros.
