Does this allow for modification of existing in game models? For example, in Zoraï guild hall council chambers there is a raised platform, adding a step or ramp to that platform (something I asked for back a very long time ago) would be wonderful and something I would be willing to undertake.
Having guild meetings in that room and having to sit on the floor in front of that platform looks absolutely ridiculous. I would love to fix that.
If I make such a modification (after gathering needed software, learning it and such), would it be used?
It sureley does allow modifications of existing game models. The question is : is it viable in game after modifications? If yes, when, and how, will it be implemented? These are the real questions you have to ask.
I encourage you to come on IRC to discuss about it with us! I'd say that your idea is not impossible to do!
