Incorrect output for /who, when in GH or apt

I thought it was obvious that when you go into a Guildhall or apartment, you are sent elsewhere, to somewhere on the edge of the map.  You are not in the same building/tree/whatever and certainly not in the same town or region.

Whatever the reason for this, it makes no sense.   The Guildhalls and apartments are supposed to be there in the building/tree where you go in the door.  If it is a teleport operation (as it seems to be), you could have your entrance anywhere, and you could have more then one.  You could teleport from anywhere into your apartment with a ticket like the Teleporters/Zinuakeen.  This is nonsense.

I understand why the teleport system is used; like a lift or elevator, you are supposed to assume that you travel straight up (or down) for several meters.  The more logical way to get upstairs would be to, er, use the stairs like in the palaces in Pyr.  Presumably this takes too much coding.  Fine. The teleport system is used as a shortcut.  OK, but why relocate to the edge of the map?  Maybe there is a good reason but it does cause confusion about where you actually are.  If you go into an apartment in Fairhaven, surely you are still in Fairhaven.  Fix the /who results to show this and it would all make more sense.
