If you're viewing this in Firefox (at least) there is an autocorrect/translte to the timezone that you set in your Options.
And yes, Universal time and Greenwich Mean Time are the same.
i do indeed use firefox bitty, thanks for the intel on the date thing, i'll be sure to check that out so i can see it for my time zone, and thanks for the confirm on utc and gmt, now i know i'm +5 for both (eastern time zone usa)
