It is probably useless to re-post the news here on the Armory, since it has spread already the past few days. Needless to say, all of this is quite shocking...

Anyhow, we will continue!

Many have asked how we are going to treat the character and guild data when the time comes, so here is our plan:

The Ryzom Armory will keep the character and guild data we currently have. That means, all characters and guilds that are registered on the Armory before the old servers close will remain available to you. We are going to add a "legacy" mode that allows you to browse the old character and guild profiles just like you can do now. Aside from that, also the new profiles will be tracked of course.

Well, now we wait and see how all that turns out...
