I am certainly not suggesting that any option should be easy, whether truly neutral, factioned or marauder. When I say neutral, I guess I really mean having as high a fame level as can be obtained with all races and factions. This is the antithisis of what a marauder is intended to be and it is not the basic neutrality with which all homins are born.
