i use antivirus kaspersky, ryzom added in white list (port 5000 and IP su1.ryzom.com). I have also added the port in the router to open ports
Just to rule out firewall, can you temporarily disable firewall and see if it loads?
I  disable firewall - but the error remains =)
I do not understand the reason, if the IP and port in the router and firewall exceptions disabled
