How about a "Trading Post" or "Hiring Hall" ?
One of my biggest frustrations is 5 dig trees and 39 craft trees...... that's a lotta "no reward" digging. Set up shop for NPC mats where ya could buy mats provided ya met certain criteria:
-QL 150 OP would let you hire a NPC harvester or buy 150 mats for a price.
-Make service available ONLY to those who have mastered harvest in that region .... or perhaps mastered all 5 regions.
And no, the owning guild don't get the dappie .... the money spent would offset the cost of upkeep .... a non-porofit corporation if you will :)
Another option would be to just work like cats .... player goes out and gigs x number of mats in the region, come back tot he OP and the "hired hand" provides the same x number of mats for the price paid.
