Black window on Arispotle

I would recommend taking those files (not the links to hotfile -- it only lets a free user download one file every 30 min.) and pasting them into an email to the support email. support-ee@ryzom.com. You should also indicate what operating system you are using.

The black screen is an indication that for some reason your system and the server are not connecting - it is unusual that Arispotle would not work and that Aniro and Leanon would.
