When I right-click Speeding Up Power and click info, it says in part, "Speeding Up 3 - Duration: 20, Latency: 780". In other words, a 20 second effect and a 13 minute 0 second cooldown. On the other hand, MPA only says (in the same place): "Stanza Protection - Power 3". Please add the cooldown time either there, or at the same place the effect duration can be seen (right-clicking that icon).
