Responsibility to Encourage Rp?

is obvious only a handful of the playerbase rp's
and is only the same names that comes in this
type of threads.

Talking about it is cheap. Do something if you want
your part of the game grow. Instead of having separate
governments and "fights" between Races get together and
do your RP together and stop this little petty things like i want
revenge or whatever is it that floats your boat.

and yes this is coming from me:
someone that thinks Rp is stupid..
