I started on Windermeer the original US server. Merging with Ari turned out wonderful. Meeting so many new ppl to befriend and play with was terrific.That being said it was a merger with both servers speaking english.It was also very early on and many things like ops were not ingame yet. Doing it now would imo most likely kill the game. It would mean the loss of the divergent history in matters of Temples,Camps and Goverments to name a few.Combine that with the language and playstyles and Ryzom would see a mass exodus of subs. I know I would hate to login one day to find everything I worked for the past 7 years is gone. Since Ari has a smaller population then the other servers it will surely be the loser in the which servers' history stays intact contest.To me this is far to much to gamble with a very small reward.Newer players who have invested much less may be willing throw away the indviduality and history but I and large portion of vets would be gutted losing their version of Atys.-Kil
