Even if you press them 15 seconds apart it will still bug them. Auras timers can no longer be made cumulative by simultaneous triggering in a team. There is a known issue that will cause the aura to be bugged when multiple teammembers trigger it at the same time.
Temporary workaround: don't trigger aura's simultaneously in a team.
