If a post contains one or two inappropriate phrases, do not delete entire post. Edit it and leave a warning, something like a string of red text saying "Edited for (language, trolling, flooding and so on). Your truely, CSR." And if any post or thread needs to be removed, at least send a pm to author explaining what's wrong about it. Simple.
Much better than sort of forum poltergeist, deleting things on the fly without any warnings.
