True, but giving more depth to the civ allignment (apart from being able to maybe, if you're in the correct position in a guild, take part in player government) is a good idea.
Could be nation specific vendors (but what would they sell in a world where everything is player crafted?) or national craft plans to create items only other citizens can use (could imagine the waving swords for example falling into that category, except everyone has those things already and the burning one is issued to all refugees on Silan during their training).
