Actually, I think Hello Kitty Online would happen if one guild or small group of guilds owned every outpost and nobody bothered declaring on them.
I'm not sure giving them away to the other side so you have something to fight about is the perfect solution, but maybe it's better than where things were headed. I'm glad TI is thinking about the good of the game, and applaud the effort.
But then again, i'm hardly an expert on how to run a fun PvP game, as I'd generally rather hunt and dig, myself. I was glad to hear the battles were more competitive this weekend, and hope all you who enjoy them can keep having fun.
