Anyway sword+dagger setup isn't popular at all. When one needs to choose, he/she most likely sticks with either 2H weapon or 1H + shield. I bet the dual wield setup with two similar weapons would be much more popular if being implemented. It could fill up a DPS gap between two main setups mentioned above.
