...every rite needs a reward skill that the players think of as useful but that doesn't disbalance the game.

That's a hard balance for a poor dev.

Just from my observation from doing every rite available in game, the skills are already there, i.e. mob effects, craft plan items, buffs, debuffs, etc. I also think that since there are some parts open and some not, that there was at least some type of detailed outline made... whether or not that information is still available to the devs is unknown.

Would be great if this feature was finished.. would add to content by giving us new skills, attributes and plans, and make tribe fame important and no longer just aggro drag camps.

As a side note, I think it is important that the fame aspect (civ/faction/tribe) be kept for some of the rites for a couple of reasons. First, if you have negative fame with a civ/faction/tribe, why should they give you their most cherished information? And you should have sufficient fame to be able to receive said information. Second, it makes you think and make a decisive decision on your actions, which of course you can decide to change later at a cost you were aware of when you made the decision. Part of the lure of Ryzom is that your actions have consequences, so therefore the fame system in all its aspects is really the heart of this concept.

As far as implementation, yes, those who have already done them all would completed them before the next ones come out; but keep in mind that not everyone has done the rites and that there are always new players signing up.
