'Oh, you can't finish that quest, the mob does not actually exist', or admitting that 'Oh, you cannot complete that rite, there is no npc in game to actually give you a quest to complete it'. In my opinion, that's the main driving reason these need to be done. Either finish them, or remove the pockmarked ones from the game.
