This is a pretty decent bonus.
Although one also need to invest a lot of effort to obtain the Spirit of Creation.
Anyway, because of this, some other bonuses need to be invented for other Spirits: almost anything for the Spirit of Arcane (since it's the easiest Spirit) and something a bit noticeble for Spirit of War.
I was going to propose the same thing, and you beat me to it.
