Any chance of finding a solution? I really like the badges and would like to activate them on my character who lacks them :)
Also, I noticed that at least one other new player on Silan didn't have the badges and only had the title of "Refugee". I don't think new players will even realize that this doesn't work and that they can't get the badges/titles from character creation if they delete and recreate characters.
