Example. Create a ring, 25 skill points.
Replace with set of perks: create rings up to 10 lvl (cost 1 skill point), create rings up to 20 lvl (1 skill point), etc.
Max level 250, old perk price 25, new perk sum price 25*1 = same 25 skill points.
Beginners will be able to quickly create the simplest equipment for themselves and there will be more logic in the skill tree, and experienced veterans, in fact, will not lose anything :)
