Quickly heal monsters when fight ends and they come back. This is common practice in MMORPGs to prevent over-enrichment through hit-and-run tactics.
This is especially true for battles near water.
Need to allow combat in water or reduce depth of water so that monsters can catch players and continue battle, like on land. Otherwise, we can shoot enemies, enter water for few seconds, shoot again and enter water again, defeating much stronger creatures than in normal fight.
