Smart camera

1) Persistent camera pitch
Currently, every session change (log in, zoning) resets camera pitch to zero. Oddly, camera persistence is a problem many MMOs share.

Could we be an exception?

2) Nightmare
Fully realise this next thing goes deep into entrails of Nel. Possibly, too deep. But, since I'm kinda glass half full person, here it goes:

Obviously, not literary. Background coloured area just denotes whole tree in the 'ray cone' from camera to character does not render, we can see through it, w/e way you want to describe it. But code-wise, it just does not render. This only applies to static objects defined in appropriate bnp.

I really hate camera juggling. It shouldn't be necessary. Objects overlapping harvest widget is particularly annoying.
