And i have found one more crafty thingy with fame. Most likely this refers to the api, and not to the app, and perhaps this is due to the rounding of the fractional parts of the percentage..., but anyway.
So, the story:
It's Knoll of Dissent, where enemy tribes First Deserters and Matisian Border Guards are live.
As evil karavanian fyros with no citizenship i can have maximum -50 with First Deserters and +100 with Matisian Border Guards.
So i did -50 with First Deserters, then +100 with Matisian Border Guards (and First Deserters fame drops to -50.XX (not -51, but they were chasing me )).
Then i found in list of First Deserters wellcomer missions one mission that (according to sysinfo) reduced my fame with Matisian Border Guards by 0 ("the First Deserters need a jeweler" / craft & give 5 matis rings q130+).
After it First Deserters stopped chasing me (real pure -50). And (ofc.) Matisian Border Guards fame dropped to +99 in shift-F window. Well, not perfect, but i can live with it.
This was ~ a week ago or so, at that time Fame Tracker 0.9.2 was not yet operational.
Now what is most interesting - while shift-F shows +99, according to Fame Tracker 0.9.2 my fame with Matisian Border Guards is +100.
I'm beginning to suspect an insidious crafty covert conspiracy.
UPD: and just found same for Sap Slaves (+99 in shift+F and +100 in Fame Tracker 0.9.2).
Hm, I see your latest fame in the DB is 599999, ie +99,999833333 (all fame values are multiplicated by 6000). The output number is rounded along with your profile settings, try to set rounding to 4 decimal places.
I am not sure how the game client handles the number, maybe it cuts decimal places?
