The Nobles Chamber of the Verdant Heights has gathered in the Royal Palace of Yrkanis, on Holeth, Fallenor 24, 1st AC 2614*, and was lead by His Majesty Stevano-Karan.

Stevano-Karan has opened the session with the traditional prayer to Jena.
The Houses present have then reported their current affairs.
Filira Zagh has retired from his position as Herën of the Alkian Order, so Filira Tapco has retaken the leadership of the Order. Marauders managed to take control over the Ginti Workshop, but the Order and his Karavanier allies managed to get back the Westgrove Stronghold and keep Berello. Finally Filira Tapco confirmed that Sage Sap got bach the Amber Cube as she was supposed to.
Filira Zakkk’s nurse talked for him, but couldn’t give news about the Firme.
Filira Salazar had no news either regarding the Order of the Argo Navis.
Serae Zendae mentionned that she was well and remained at the service of the Kingdom.
Finally ser Copal had no news either from the other members of the Gardiens du Savoir.
Moreover, Stevano-Karan informed the Nobles Chamber that he was looking for an appropriate spouse for Aniro-Karin so that he could accomplish his dynastic duties. He is studying the list of the possible candidates: they have to be matis and karavanier, noble and decidated to the Kingdom. He will pass the three of four names that he will chose to the Chamber for council.
The name of Filirae Aylia, Lady in Waiting of the KaraeKarae, was mentionned during the detabes. The Karan will check that she is on the candidates list.
The floor was then given to the ambassadors.
Ambassador Fleurdetuber from the Federation personally witnessed drills of unknown type but looking mostly marauder, and he was told that bandits were also using a new kind of weapons.
Since there have been no new assembly in Fairhaven since the last Nobles Chambers, Ambassador Nilstilar had nothing else to report.
The Rangers’ representative Zorroargh had no official news regarding the cover of the last guide Oprhie Dradius and prefered not to claim any date for her cover.
Serae Zendae, who is representing the Kingdom toward the Rangers, confirmed ser Zorroargh’s news about the next Ranger Guide, along the fact that Great Intendant Melga Folgore had reminded the Rangers that they weren’t a nation. She considers though that the Rangers are currently weakened.
Stevano-Karan aslo reminded ser Zorroargh that the Matis were awaiting results about the researches led on the black stinger found near Orphie Dradius, and were willing to help in the researches would the Rangers found themselves in a deadlock.
Finally Stevano-Karan recalled a few rules regarding ambassies. And first that every nation, or organisation in the case of the Rangers, was supposed to send only one representative at the Nobles Chamber, since it is not open to anyone.
Furthermore, regarding the Kingdom’s representative, he precised that it is self-evident that the Ambassador of the Kingdom attending an event in the nation toward which he was sent, is representing the Kingdom. But he can also to so in another nation in case the appointed Ambassador weren’t present. And in the absence of any Ambassador, any attending Noble can also express himself, but not take any commitment in the name of the Kingdom. Finally, if no Noble is attending, a vassal can take notes and comments but cannot speak for the Kingdom or commit to anything, only report what happened to the Nobles Chamber and the Karan.
Finally, Ser Copal has been appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom towards the Theocracy.
Since no other ambassador was attending, the rest of the Chamber was held behind closed doors.
