I approve of this idea... with one slight change. I feel that anyone who can pull this off deserves the ability to trade with Marauders. After all, Marauders are Atysians too. OOC, the balancing required deserves greater reward. IG/RP, what sort of emmisary is on too-poor-to-trade terms with any faction?
