friends of poetry and lyricism,
It is my pleasure to proclaim today the first meeting of the bards.
It shall be the first opportunity for all those who show interest to perform their own works. In a pleasant atmosphere we will listen to poems and songs, as well as stories and legends.
After a long time I would like to revive this tradition of my youth. In the past years of Jena I have experienced how many homins serve the fine arts and with them the homins.
So everybody is invited to participate or just to listen and watch.
It shall take place on (06.02.2021, 20:00 CET) 23h - Holeth, Fallenor 30, 1st AC 2612.
I have chosen Ba'Naer Liffan's bar at the entrance to Fairhaven as the meeting place. Since it is known as a meeting place of peace loving homins and also young homins should reach it easily.
Other meetings will be held at other locations. I came up with the idea of choosing them to match themes that we might choose as inspiration for further works. We can discuss this on that evening, on the spot.
As a period I have planned a cycle of (two RL months). So that each of us has enough time to create a new work.
Any kind of work is welcome.
We should make no distinction whether a work is a self-creation or inspired by someone else. Whether it is crude and obscene, lyrical, romantic, makes you cry or laugh. Creativity counts, fun in the joy and to indulge in art together with others.
Explicitly no competition is proclaimed!
It is only a meeting among like-minded people.
The carrying of weapons of each kind is forbidden and also the request to the fight is not permitted. Duels of any kind are forbidden and lead to exclusion from the meeting.
