yeah sorry forgot to mention platform it's Window's 10 pro
I did Install the official client from ryzom.com.As for opening the install folder and running it manually tried it brings up the load box that says Ryzom then when I click it nothing happens it shows up as a white box on my taskbar that can only be exited through task manager and I have not gotten any error messages I know of but the config log has alot off errors would it be easier to post it?
Yes, post a clean client.log file; also verify the cvar "width" and "height" in your client.cfg (should be created and in %appdata%).
