My original idea was to create a small mission where you can declare/revoke enmity to nations or factions (by getting/removing special invisible item in bag to identify this fact, invisible like occupation "badge items" are). After some thinking I realize we alredy have this by the NPC where you can revoke your citizenship/allegiance.
We can use this way to get/remove that invisible item (that indentifies you wish to loose fame) and we should finally fix the fact you can do this action again and again to loose your fame cheaply.
