we need to imho make traveling from one location to the other (trekking) much easier than it now has become.
Due to the great difficulty involved therein, the practice of simply teleporting has become a 'no brainer' that is the obviously preferable mode of travel in ryzom.
Yet ryzom has so much beautiful terrain and such diverse flora and fauna, that it be a shame to simply teleport all the time once that has become possible personally.
Thus my idea: let us make traveling on foot much less dangerous. An idea by which to do that would be to pretty much restrict the more dangerous mobs to places frequented by the higher level players in order to dig favored mats or in order to pvp fight each other etc. Leaving wide and convenient corridors freely useable be even lower leveled players within which to travel from place to place.
Additionally, such mats as can be very useful to low-leveled (still growing in level ) crafters and players ought to be findable within those such easily traveled corridors.
Also events such as Kitin invasions and boss hunts such as be interesting to higher leveled players but way beyond usefulness (while too deadly) for as yet lower leveled players should take place without exception only outside of the safer travel cooridors.
