If it happened me, I would start the client from terminal and observe what it drops there.

I get "Erreur de segmentation (core dumped)" - it means "Segmentation error".

Did you try to talk to Thesos NH operator with other character of same account?

Yes: no issue.I guess it's hollidays... No feed back from support (not even a ticket number)...Thanks Moniq :p
