Appointement of the clerk

Kyriann Ba’Zephy Rie is appointed.

Appointement of Taliar or Deputy Taliar

Rezio is appointed as Deputy Taliar for La Lune Eternelle.
Chenli succeeds Kaaon as Taliar for La Tribu Talodi.
Kurutani is appointed as Deputy Taliar for La Tribu Talodi.

Federal guards and Fairhaven security

Kyriann explains that the marauders have returned to FH in force since the departure of the federal guards, even setting up at the bar without the regular guards reacting.
All Taliari and Talalochi agree that Tryker Byrh deserves it but that the safety of the bar must be maintained.
Nair Gouverneur replies that the guards' training had been reviewed, that they are qualified to fight the marauders but that she will talk to the chief of guards so that the rounds' route could be revised to ensure safety around the bar. However, there is no question of bringing back the over-trained Federal Guards.
Taliar Chanchey takes a different position. For him, strengthening the guards will only encourage the marauders to come and seek the challenge from the guards.
Taliar Placio thinks that marauders are looking for a challenge but only when they feel sure they will win it.
Locian Toen proposes to reorganize the FUA
Taliar Placio accepts the position of Lieutenant of the FUA during the absence of Commander Nair Jazzy.
A meeting for the practical organisation will be held informally and the results will be discussed at the next Assembly. Taliar Chenli is in charge of the organization.

Appointement of an ambassador for the Matis kingdom

Fleur de Tuber is appointed as Ambassador for the Kingdom by unanimity to convey the words of the free Trykers.
Locian Toen advises him to take barrels of Lake Byrh as a diplomatic gift.

Zoraï theocracy : Zora's attack with Gooed bombs

Kyriann relates the attack on the Circle Assembly by the Masters of the Goo accompanied by marauders from all clans. The Masters of the Goo used throwing weapons to send gooed virulent projectiles.
Investigations, conducted under the direction of the new Sage, Sap, showed that it was the Goo-Heads who had supplied the gooified weapons and that they used them to spread the Goo in the Void. The Goo-Heads Agents were eliminated but the weapons remained nowhere to be found.
Nair Governor replied that Nair-Mabreka had passed on this information to the leaders of other nations. Patrols around FH are being reinforced and the FUA is being asked to go on high alert.
Taliar Placio checked during the Assembly, Frogmore Place is less than 60 m from the entrance of FH and therefore within range of Goo-based range weapons.
Deputy Taliar Kurutani would like not to lose another leader because of an attack by Goo.
Locian Toen proposes that the Nations call on the Rangers to clean up the flora and fauna from the Goo.
Fleur de Tuber proposes that Trykers engineers be called upon to develop goo protections such as waterproof armor or fans.
Locian Toen recalls that the last engineers were lost for years.
Kyriann suddenly remembers that the Goo-Heads talked about a Tryker engineer who helped them build the weapons. She suggests not to put the engineers on the job for the moment.

Given the length of the Assembly, Locian Toen, Kurutani, Fleur and Kyriann discussed holding more frequent meetings.
The round has to be postponed, with participants turning back on the barrels of Frogmore Square.
