HTTPS in ingame browser depends.
Windows works. Self compiled linux works (dynamically linked curl/openssl), macOS does not work.
Next patch does give the opportunity to set (using client.cfg) cabundle.pem file for curl that should make https work on linux/macos aswell.
What website needs to do is use http:// links/images, include small 1x1.png image from forced https:// link and set proper HSTS header. If client is able to read that image and sees HSTS header, all future connections will be made using https automatically.
